More About Me

About Julie

I have called Sequim home for most of my life. I was born and raised here (Hendrickson Road in Sequim was named after my family).Sequim is a great place to call home. Because of the low average rainfall, we get plenty of opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors. Some of my favorite outdoor activities on the Olympic Peninsula include hiking the Spruce Railroad Trail, cycling the Olympic Discovery Trail, fishing, and camping.

My customer service skills were strengthened during my 10 years as a salesperson for the Portland Screw Company. I am friendly, hard working, honest. I love meeting new people and creating a connection with them, which helps me in my search to find them their dream home.

My family consists of a 13 year old cat named Oly, and I just recently added a new member to my family, a kitten named Chloe, who is helping to keep things exciting around the house.I enjoy volunteering for a local animal shelter, which allows me to give some of my time and love to the animals who so desperately need it.

I am very familiar with the Olympic Peninsula, and I am here to help guide clients towards their best possible home, communicating any way they prefer (by phone, email or text). I can help buyers decide on the price of their offer when purchasing a home. For sellers, I can prepare a market analysis to help you decide on a listing price for your home. I make myself available evenings and weekends to meet clients’ needs, and to keep clients updated on current market conditions and available listings as they come on the market.

I look forward to working with you, and welcome your call.
